The wines of Slavonia and Baranja have become more attractive and appreciated in recent years. The region is dominated by four vineyards: Feričanač, Đakovo, Baranja and Erdut. Due to its impressive position on the Danube, the vineyards of Baranja and Erdut are also considered the homeland of "wine from the Danube".
