Association Fantast and Baranja Alternativa invite you to the GlinArt festival of clay and man in Kne\u017eevi Vinogradi. <\/p>\n
The festival will last from Monday 09\/26 until Sunday 10\/02, where in five working days you will be able to attend professional workshops, lectures and educations, and enjoy two days of the festival with concerts, dance, fair, exhibitions and much more. <\/p>\n
The focus will be on clay as a material and different ways of its application in construction and architecture, pottery and art, as well as some other types of its interpretation. <\/p>\n
Clay is a sustainable and autochthonous traditional material indispensable in the socio-economic development of the Baranja region: it is part of local architecture, art, making dishes, preparing and preserving food and drinks, etc., while on the other hand it is neglected due to ignorance, the pressure of modern times, the extinction of caregivers tradition and the lack of young people eager to improve the technique of applying clay for today’s needs of modern man.<\/p>\n

The number of participants is limited, and professional courses are charged.
