SLAMA land art festival is an artistic concept, which unites the manifestation and the space of artistic activity at the same time. In addition, it combines cultural and traditional heritage, using natural resources and promoting the principles of sustainable development.<\/p>\n
The artists, under the leadership of the initiator of the whole project, Nikola Faller, create valuable and original works, which after SLAMA continue their life in numerous public spaces of Baranja, preserving a direct reference to SLAMA and at the same time raising the aesthetic level of public spaces, thus making Baranja an increasingly interesting tourist destination.<\/p>\n
The last day of this manifestation is reserved for the closing ceremony, which gathers a large number of visitors from the surrounding towns and villages. Various cultural and artistic societies, associations, musical performers and traditional crafts of the region perform, all with a rich table of culinary delicacies from this region.
