The new, eleventh WineOs is scheduled for January 16 and 17, 2026 in Osijek, co-organized by Graševina Croatica, the association of winemakers of Slavonia and the Croatian Danube Region.

WineOS has so far met expectations. It brought what the organizers wanted to present. It helped exhibitors find new business partners and end consumers and negotiate deals for the current year, primarily for the tourist season. To the audience eager for a good drink, he presented the best from the Slavonia and Podunavlje regions, as well as dear guests from the rest of Croatia and abroad, Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, North Macedonia…

In January 2026, 125 exhibition spaces will be available on more than 2,800 square meters of modern exhibition space in the “Gospodarski centar Osječko-baranjske županije” (Economic Center of Osijek-Baranja County in Osijek, address: Gospodarska zona 10). In addition to hundreds of top wine labels from Croatia and abroad, visitors will also have the opportunity to learn something. Masterclass workshops and a cooking show will bring the perfect blend of knowledge, taste and enjoyment, creating an experience that truly connects wine, gastronomy and good energy.
